This Workshop will examine three elements that are crucial to the success of any project: leadership, project management and change management.

Leadership refers to the active sponsorship of a Project, from the inception of the need for a change through to the realization of that required change.

Project management as defined by PMI is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet project requirements.

Change management is the complement to project management on the "people side of change": those tools, processes, skills and principles to manage the people side of change to achieve the required outcomes of a change project or initiative.

These elements do not work independently from one another. Rather, how they combine together will determine the success (or failure) of a Project. During the workshop, we will introduce a tool to help you examine the health of your project for each of these three elements, along with tips for improving your Project’s success.
